Dr. Tribulato is a native Nebraskan who graduated from Creighton University Medical School in 2003. She did her internship in General Surgery and studied Anesthesia and Pain Medicine at UNMC. Her experience includes Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics and General Medicine. She has a very diversified background with workers compensation and work related injuries. She enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and hiking in her spare time.
Molly is a board certified physician assistant. She graduated in 2009 at Union College here in Lincoln, where she was born and raised. She has immense medical experience in family and internal health clinics, along with surgical experience. She recently joined our practice after spending the past 3 years in emergency and critical care medicine. Molly is a member of the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants. She is married with 5 children. She enjoys spending her free time traveling, sport activities, and spending time with her family.
Denise is also a native Nebraskan who graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Master’s Physician Assistant degree in 1989. She comes to Nebraska Occupational Health Center with years of experience in Internal and Family Medicine. During those years, she gained her experience in pre-employment physicals, workers compensation/ injuries and DOT physicals. Denise is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants in Occupational Medicine. She enjoys her children, grandchildren, music and baseball in her spare time.
Kris is a diploma graduate from the Bryan Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 1993 she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Nebraska Wesleyan University. She received her specialty certification (COHN-S) from the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses in 1998. In 2006 Kris was one of three graduate nurses from across the United States selected by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for an internship in the OSHA office in Washington, DC. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2007 with a Master of Science degree in Nursing with an emphasis in occupational health. Kris has many years of experience as a registered nurse and with more than 20 years in occupational health nursing serving various industries. She maintains certifications in hearing conservation and drug screen collections. She is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN). During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and gardening
Jamie graduated with honors from Lincoln School of Commerce with a double degree in Medical administration and Medical Assisting, becoming a state certified medical assistant after graduation. Prior to joining our team in 2017, Jamie worked as a Certified Medical Assistant in fields of OB/GYN, Neurology, Podiatry & Family Practice. Jamie became a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC) shortly after joining our practice. She has experience with drug screens, pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, and work related injuries. Hobbies and interests include, hanging out with friends, Softball, Volleyball and spending time with her husband, daughter & son.
Josh was born and raised here in Lincoln Nebraska and graduated summa cum laude from Kaplan University with an Associate’s degree in Health and Human Sciences in Medical Assisting in March of 2014. He started his medical assisting career at Eye Surgical Associates as an ophthalmic technician with Dr. David Pan. Josh joined Lincoln Physical Therapy Associates in May of 2014 as a PT tech/CMA and moved to the occupational health side in April of 2015. He is certified as a medical assistant with both the AAMA and the NCCT, a certified occupational hearing conservationist (COHC), and also passed his state licensing boards in 2015 to become a licensed limited radiographer (LLR). Josh and his wife Jessica have a daughter Kaya. Josh enjoys wrenching and riding his Harley and is an avid Nebraska and Oregon football fan.
Ro graduated from Cedar Catholic High School in 1975. In 1976, she started at Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton SD in ER/ICU as a Unit Secretary for 10 years. After that, she moved to Sioux Falls and worked at Sioux Valley in the telemetry unit then she decided to move to Lincoln to become a CMA from SCC. She worked under Lincoln Clinic, Internal Med, OB, Pediatrics, Family Practice, Plastic Surgery, and then moved to General Surgeon for 12 years. She attributes her knowledge to 40+ years of experience. She has two beautiful daughters they are 25 and 23. She enjoys country music, dancing, cooking, Nebraska football and hanging with friends.
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
Doug is a partner at Lincoln Physical Therapy Associates. He is a Wood River, NE native and attended Chadron State College where he was a member of their basketball team. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999 with a master of physical therapy degree (MPT). Doug was board certified as a specialist in orthopedic therapy in 2008 and is also certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations. He specializes in industrial rehabilitation, providing onsite physical therapy consultation for numerous companies in the Lincoln area. Doug is a member for the American Physical therapy Association Orthopedic Section, Nebraska Chapter of the APTA and the APTA Occupational Health Special Interest Group. He came of NOHC’s North office in 2006 after spending three years at LPTA’s East clinic. He began his physical therapy career at Grand Island Physical Therapy in 1999. He is married and has three children. Hobbies and interests include family activities, exercising, golfing and playing the guitar.
Meghan graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in biology in 2003. She went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005 from the University of Iowa. Meghan and her family relocated from Des Moines, IA in 2013 when she joined Lincoln Physical Therapy Associates. Prior to joining our team, Meghan worked extensively in outpatient physical therapy and practice management. She has a passion for working with sports related injuries, working with high school sports teams, injury prevention, and treating a variety of orthopedic injuries. Meghan is a certified ASTYM provider and a credentialed clinical instructor. Meghan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. (NPTA). She is married with three children. Her hobbies and interests include running, spending time with family, going to her family's lake home, hiking and camping.
Jay grew up in Lincoln, NE and graduated from Southeast Community College in Lincoln with a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate Degree in March of 2014. Jay began his career working in an inpatient skilled nursing facility before joining Lincoln Physical Therapy Associates in December of 2014. He has expertise in neurological rehabilitation and out-patient rehabilitation. Jay is a member of the APTA. Jay is getting married and has a son. Jay enjoys working out, playing all sports, and is an avid Husker fan. Jay began his work at Lincoln Physical Therapy Associates as a Physical Therapist technician before going on for his PTA degree.
Jonathan grew up in Ashland, NE and graduated from Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs with a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate Degree in July of 2015. Jonathan began his career at Lincoln Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab in January of 2016. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, hanging out with family and friends, camping, hunting, and Husker football.
Courtney grew up in Hastings, NE and attended Hastings St. Cecilia High School, where she participated in volleyball and track. She attended Hastings College for 2 years before graduating from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha with a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate Degree in May 2017. She chose physical therapy as a career from having been in therapy as a high school athlete and enjoying the environment that came along with it. Courtney enjoys playing frisbee golfing in her free time.
